PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving device capable of controlling first and second electric motors to arbitrary target numbers of revolution while generating expected yaw moment when performing right and left counter torque control.SOLUTION: A rear wheel driving device includes: a left wheel driving device including a first electric motor for driving a left rear wheel and a first planetary gear type speed reducer provided on a power transmission path between the first electric motor and the left rear wheel; a right wheel driving device including a second electric motor for driving a right rear wheel and a second planetary gear type speed reducer provided on a power transmission path between the second electric motor and the right rear wheel; and a control device controlling the first electric motor and the second electric motor. The control device controls the first electric motor and the second electric motor so as to prevent a revolving direction of a planetary gear revolving in one direction or the other direction from being reversed.
