PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate, a mounting board, and lighting devices which can be manufactured with a simple process at low cost.SOLUTION: A substrate 2, comprising: band plates 21, 22 comprised of a conductive metal at positive and negative electrode sides; and a resin part 24 formed by injection molding with both of the band plates 21,22 inserted, for integrally holding the band plates 21, 22 in an insulated state, is manufactured. The substrate 2 comprises: a plurality of LEDs arranged apart from one another in a longitudinal direction of the band plate on one surface. Also, the substrate 2 is connected to a power supply unit 4 including a battery 41 which can supply electric power to an LED 3 through both of the band plates 21, 22; a switch 42 disposed between the battery 41 and the band plate 21 at a positive electrode side or the band plate 22 at the negative electrode side; and a switch control part 43 which normally holds to turn off the switch 42 and switches to turn on the switch 42 at emergency. |
