PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of corn hair tea in which a precipitate and an impurity generated during a production process of the corn hair tea are removed, and taste and flavor can be increased.SOLUTION: In a production method of corn hair tea, a corn hair extract is performed by filtration treatment by diatomite, roast of corn is performed in a condition in which taste and flavor can be felt at most, a roast corn inclusion corn hair tea extract is performed by enzyme treatment, thereby a precipitate is not formed in the roast corn inclusion corn hair tea extract, a starch material is precisely cracked to increase fragrant taste and flavor, and the corn hair tea in which a favorite degree is high can be produced. |
