PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus capable of automatically retrieving reference image data collected at an imaging position substantially equal to an imaging position of transparent image data out of a plurality of reference image data pre-collected at different imaging positions as load map data.SOLUTION: An imaging system and a top board are moved in a state that a contrast medium is injected into a diagnosis and treatment portion of a body to be inspected, a plurality of reference image data is collected from a plurality of imaging directions, positional information of the imaging system and the top board is imparted to the plurality of reference image data obtained and the reference image data imparted therewith are stored in a reference image data storage section 11. Subsequently, when movement and a stop of the imaging system and the top board are performed and transparent image data in a desired imaging direction are collected, a position detection section 103 detects the positional information and movement and stop information of the imaging system and the top board, and a load map data retrieval section 13 extracts reference image data having positional information substantially equal to the positional information of the imaging system and the top board that are moved and stopped as load map data from the plurality of reference image data. |
