PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-operation type flowing water detecting device with a swing chuck structure that includes a valve element having a simple sealing structure and has a stable sealing performance.SOLUTION: The pre-operation type flowing water detecting device includes: valve opening detecting means 5 that outputs a signal by opening of a valve element 2, the valve element 2 being openably/closably installed inside a hollow body 1 and having a swing chuck structure; a rod 3 that is installed at a rotary shaft 21 side of the valve element 2 and, the tip end of which is movable, by a power source 33, between a first position disposed near the valve element 2 and a second position spaced from the valve element; and a valve element control member 4 that is installed between the rod 3 and the valve element 2. The valve element control member 4 acts on the center of the valve element 2 to prevent the opening of the valve element 2. |
