摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing hybrid organic/inorganic light-emitting devices. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing hybrid organic/inorganic light-emitting devices, comprising a step of forming a light-emitting layer on an electron injection layer made of n-type oxide metal by means of a solution process using mono molecular light-emitting material having a functional group capable of forming a covalent bond with the n-type oxide metal. The present invention also relates to hybrid organic/inorganic light-emitting devices manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing hybrid organic/inorganic light-emitting devices (HOLED) according to the present invention may enable a light-emitting layer having high productivity to be formed by means of the solution process using a mono-molecular compound. The hybrid organic/inorganic light-emitting device (HOLED) according to the present invention may lower an energy barrier in moving the electron injected from a negative electrode to the light-emitting layer through metal oxide, improve turn-on voltage properties and luminous efficiency, and form a flush interface with the surface of the metal oxide.
