The present invention relates to an oil tank structure for an aircraft, which is appropriate for spraying white smoke oil and colored smoke oil. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the oil tank structure for an aircraft comprises: a collector tank (11) which is installed inside a main body (10a) of the oil tank structure and has a structure of being always filled with oil regardless of the normal flight state or the inverted flight state of an aircraft; an ejector pump (P) which is connected with the collector tank (11) in order to transfer the oil inside the collector tank (11) to the outside; and four level sensors (130a-130d) which are installed on the side surface of the inside of the main body (10a) of the oil tank structure at regular intervals. The collector tank (11) comprises: a pendulum hose (110) which is installed on the side surface connected with the ejector pump (P) in the main body (11a) of the collector tank (11); and a flapper valve (120) which is installed on a surface that becomes a ceiling surface during the normal flight in the main body (11a) of the collector tank (11).
