A floating type offshore wind power generator according to the present invention has a function for maintaining a balance of pose thereof, and comprises: a nacelle assembly having wind blades; a wind tower having the nacelle assembly and a tilt sensor; a floating body assembly installed at the lower side of a wind tower assembly; multiple hydropneumatic cylinders installed at the outer periphery of the floating assembly; and auxiliary floating bodies coupled to the ends of the hydropneumatic cylinders and moved up and down, wherein the hydropneumatic cylinders move the auxiliary floating bodies up and down according to the variations of the sea surface and wind conditions so that the balance of the floating body assembly is maintained. |
