The present invention relates to an apparatus having an anti-bubbling function for processing pickling liquid and a method for processing pickling liquid using the same and, more particularly, to an apparatus for processing pickling liquid which comprises: a storage container body for storing pickling liquid temporarily; and a bubbling prevention unit provided for preventing bubbling. According to the present invention, the apparatus prevents bubbling in the pickling liquid used for pickling stainless steel to precisely measure the concentration of the pickling acid.
