摘要 According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for measuring particles which measures concentration of the particles by size is provided. The apparatus for measuring particles comprises: a plurality of measuring units including hollow bodies which form fluid paths in which gas including particles with electric charge are flowed, insulation tubes which are combined with the inner surface of the body, electrode tubes which are combined with the inner surface of the insulation tube, and electrode rods which are arranged inside the electrode tube; current measuring devices for measuring current of the electrode tube; and a power supply device for applying voltage to the electrode rod. The plurality of measuring units is combined to each other in the longitudinal direction. The fluid paths of the measuring units, which are adjacent and combined, are mutually contacted. The electrode rods are electrically connected. The electrode tubes are electrically separated from each other. The power supply device applies voltage to the electrode rod, forms electric field between the electrode rod and the electrode tube, and attaches the particles with the electrical charge among the particles move along the fluid path to the electrode tubes. The current measuring devices respectively measure current of the electrode tubes of the plurality of the measuring unit and measure concentrations of the particles by size.
