The present invention relates to a device for slitting film laser and method thereof comprising a roller unit, a laser slitter unit, an air cushion unit, a blower unit, and a suction unit. The roller unit transfers a film loosed in an unwinder to a rewinder. The laser slitter unit is installed on the upper unit of a cut film and irradiates a laser beam generated in a laser light source unit to a cut predicted line of the film. The air cushion unit is installed in the lower part of the film and prevents the droop of the film to the lower part by spreading the air to a lower part direction of the film. The blower unit is faced to the air cushion unit and prevents the floating of the film to the upper part by spreading the air to an upper part direction of the film. The suction unit discharges fume and foreign materials which are generated when the laser slitter unit cuts the film to the outside. |
