PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently ensuring security of a system by preventing unauthorized intervention which is easy through communication interception or spoofing by a third person in wireless communication as compared with wired communication.SOLUTION: A digest holding unit 151c holds a digest of a public key certificate included in a packet signal reported from a base station device. A certificate verification unit 151a verifies the public key certificate included in the packet signal; where the certificate verification unit 151a executes verification of a public key certificate included in a received packet signal when the received packet signal includes a digest of the public key certificate differing from the digest of the public key certificate held in the digest holding unit 151c, and skips verification of a public key certificate included in a received packet signal when the received packet signal includes a digest of the public key certificate corresponding to the digest of the public key certificate held in the digest holding unit 151c. |
