A backlight module and a display device. The display device comprises the backlight module (100) and a display panel (101). The backlight module (100) comprises a substrate (130); several light sources (120) are provided on the substrate (130); and a light guide plate (150) is provided on the substrate (130), wherein the light guide plate (150) comprises several arc-shaped concave parts (153) and the light sources (120) are provided in the arc-shaped concave parts (153). The arc-shaped concave parts (153) have a first length (L1) and a second length (L2), wherein the first length (L1) is parallel with the long axial direction of the concave parts (153) and the substrate (130), and the first length (L1) is greater than the second length (L2). The backlight module and the display device can uniform the light of the light sources and reduce the number of the light sources.
