The arrangement has a cylinder (7) divided into two working chambers that are filled with absorbing liquid. Multiple throttles are connected with one another, and an absorbing piston is arranged at an end of a piston rod. An absorbing valve body (1) comprises through holes (3) that connect an absorbing liquid containing balancing area with one of the working chambers. The through holes are isolatable by non-return valves (2) that exhibit different closing bias, and comprise different flow surfaces. A valve flap (11) is attached at the absorbing valve body. The non-return valves are designed as plate valves.
