The present invention provides a ventilating apparatus equipped with a discharge fan (15) for discharge the air via a trunk (12) of a deck (10), comprising a support unit (20) for accommodating the discharge fan (15) at the upper end of the trunk (12) at the height exposed out of the deck (10); a shock absorbing unit (30) positioned between the discharge fan (15) and a soft patch (22) for absorbing a shock; and a checking unit (40) installed on the trunk (12) for allowing a worker to access the discharge fan (15). Therefore, the present invention arranges the ventilating fan, for ventilating a diesel generator room in various ships, from the inside of the diesel generator trunk to the lower part of the deck, so increasing space usability and enhancing vibration resistance and waterproofness of main components.
