<p>The present disclosure discloses terminal devices and a method of operating the same, and relates to the field of terminal technology. The method includes: obtaining a current load occupancy parameter of a terminal device; and adjusting a working parameter of the terminal device's processing unit based on the current load occupancy parameter of the terminal device. The present disclosure can estimate the actual occupancy of a terminal device based on the load occupancy parameter of the terminal device, and can adjust a working parameter of the processing unit in real-time based on the load occupancy parameter, thereby controlling and reducing power usage from the bottom layer of the terminal device. In contrast to existing technologies, the disclosure does not require stopping certain services on the terminal device to achieve the goal of saving power, and power can be saved without affecting the normal operations of the terminal device.</p> |
