A composite sheet of the present invention includes a matrix, and a reinforcing material impregnated into the matrix. The tanδvalue (tanδ= G''/G') of the composite sheet which is a ratio between loss modulus (G'') and storage modulus (G') exceeds 0 and is less than 0.05. The composite sheet has a specific range of the tanδvalue for preventing the failure of materials which can be generated from a high temperature process for producing a substrate, and has excellent flexibility, heat resistance, and optical properties.
