PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mobile apparatus 200 which can register with an administration server 400 information including an ID of digital signage 100 and a taken image without requiring a user of input work.SOLUTION: A mobile apparatus 200 comprises an imaging unit 210 and a two-dimensional code analysis unit 240. The imaging unit 210 takes an image of registration target digital signage 100 displaying a two-dimensional code, and records the taken image in a storage unit 230. The two-dimensional code analysis unit 240 acquires an ID unique to the digital signage 100 that is included in XML data presented by the two-dimensional code, and records the ID in the storage unit 230. A communication unit 250 transmits the taken image and the ID to an administration server 400.
