PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat compact that can be produced by solid phase air pressing molding of a polypropylene-based sheet at a temperature below the peak melting temperature, and in which a shrinkage ratio by high temperature heat treatment is small.SOLUTION: A heat compact that can house a content given by heat treatment, and is characterized in that a resin sheet having a propylene-based resin layer that includes 10-10,000 ppm of a &bgr; crystal nucleus agent (B), and comprises a propylene-based resin (A) in which MFR is 0.1-100 g/10 min is molded by a solid phase air pressing molding method. |
