PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint terminal, manufactured by forming a tabular metal material into a predetermined shape and then performing bending work on the material thus formed into the predetermined shape, in which a value of protrusion length of a male contact part protruding from one end in the lateral direction is made smaller than ever before.SOLUTION: A joint terminal 1 comprises: a body part 7 formed into a rectangular cylindrical shape; a male contact part 9 protruding from a first side wall part 23A of the body part 7; a female contact part 11, arranged inside the body part 7 and formed to have a leaf spring-like spring part 27 provided with an indent 71, in which the indent 71 is formed on its end and the portion provided with the indent 71 protrudes higher than the peripheral area; and a slit 13 arranged on a second side wall part 23B of the body part 7. |
