PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and restore errors in a time period not different from before even for a memory by a microfabricated semiconductor process.SOLUTION: In a network communication device, a transfer information storage part storing transfer information for deciding a transfer destination and a transfer information duplicate storage part storing a duplicate of the transfer information are logically constituted by a plurality of words each including a predetermined number of bits. Data stored in each bit of the transfer information storage part and corresponding data in the transfer information duplicate storage part are compared with each other in a word direction at a predetermined interval. In the case that errors of the data stored in the transfer information storage part are detected, data of a word included in a range having the predetermined intervals before and after the error detection position in the word direction and data at a part physically close to the error detection position in the bit direction, and the corresponding data in the transfer information duplicate storage part are compared with each other, and the corresponding data in the transfer information duplicate storage part is written at the error detection position. |
