PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric transducer element, a thermoelectric transducer module and a manufacturing method thereof capable of easily achieving a high density disposing of a thermoelectric transducer elements and ensuring reliability of connection.SOLUTION: The thermoelectric transducer element has: for example, a rod-like thermoelectric transducer member 1; a tube 2 which has electrical insulation and heat insulating properties and stores the thermoelectric transducer member 1; and electrodes 3 and 3' which are in close contact with the ends of the thermoelectric transducer member 1 and the tube 2. The surface roughness of the ends Ra is 0.8 μm or more. The thermoelectric transducer elements can be disposed at a high density to an extent that the tubes 2 are in close contact with each other. Also, since the contact surfaces of the electrodes 3 and 3' on the edges are large, the reliability of connection of the electrodes 3 and 3' is further increased. |
