PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide material for a field effect transistor which is excellent in thermal resistance, atmospheric stability and substrate wettability by using a composition and ink containing a specific organic compound and polymeric material, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A composition and ink contain polymeric material and organic semiconductor material containing a partial structure represented by a general formula 1 (where X represents S, Se or Te).
