PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framework of medium-independent prior authentication improvement measure.SOLUTION: A position determination module configured to perform position determination for an access point in a proximity network is provided for a mobile node and, to avoid oscillation between a first network and a second network, a position-based algorithm is used, at least partially, based on an output of the position determination module.
