PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide a heat shrinkable polyester-based film in which runnability when applied to a labeling system of a roll on shrink method, and adhesion to a body to be installed such as a container are suitable, and printability is excellent in that a print defect does not occur even when high-definition printing is performed.SOLUTION: A heat shrinkable polyester-based film is molded from a polyester resin composition that includes a polyester resin consisting of a specific dicarboxylic acid component and a diol component, and an inactive particle, wherein a glass transformation temperature (Tg) of the polyester resin is 63°C-85°C, an average particle diameter of the inactive particle is 1.5-3.0 μm, and a content in the polyester resin composition is 0.03-0.1 mass%, a thermal shrinkage in a film longitudinal direction at 100°C is 30-70%, and a thermal shrinkage in a film width direction at 100°C is 0-11%. |
