There are provided a photosensitive binder resin and a chemically amplified positive photosensitive composition including the same. To be more specific, the binder resin includes a xanthene structure and a polysiloxane structure at its main chain. When the present invention is applied to manufacture of an organic insulation layer of a display material of a liquid crystal display device, the present invention shows supersensitivity, controls a pattern taper angle and outgassing, and has a high thermal resistance to a decomposition temperature of 350 DEG C or more, and thus is suitable to manufacture an organic insulation layer for organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs). |
