PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and apparatus of a multi-layered reflective polarizer are provided to manufacture multiple multi-layered combined products in which average optical thicknesses are different using multiple combined extrusion devices and to laminate it in the fused state. CONSTITUTION: A first extrusion part (220) is connected to a spin block (C) which includes four slit type extrusion devices (223-226). The extrusion part supplies a first component to the four slit type extrusion devices in the fused state. A second extrusion part (221) is connected to the spin block and supplies a second component to the four slit type extrusion devices. The first component and the second component are alternately laminated in the four slit type extrusion devices and produce four multi-layered combined products in which average optical thickness of repetitive units is different. The four multi-layered combined products which are produced by the four slit type extrusion devices are laminated into one in a collection block (227) and form one core layer. The core layer laminated in the collection block is transmitted to a flow controller (229) and the spread of the first component is induced. |
