The present invention relates to a stick for cooking food, capable of facilitating the heat transfer, resulting in fast cooking of food, by forming a hollow part inside a stick used for roasted or steamed food and forming at least one penetration hole or long hole in an outer circumference surface of the stick, and then transferring external heat through the penetration hole or long hole. A stick (10) for cooking food according to the present invention is used to cook roasted or steamed food. The stick is thin and long, and has a sharp end. A handle is formed at one side of the stick. A hollow part is formed inside the stick, and a plurality of penetration holes (13) are formed in the outer circumference surface of the stick. |
