The present invention, which is a fastening device for dampening vibration which is installed in a panel for the bolting of the panel, includes: a first plate in which a hole is perforated in the center in a disk shape and an outer flange protrudes along the circumference of the hole; a second plate in which a bolt hole is perforated in the center in the disk shape and an inner flange which is inserted into the outer flange protrudes along the circumference of the bolt hole; a first elastic body of a ring shape in which an inner end is attached to the end of the first plate and an outer end protrudes from the first plate; and a second elastic body of the ring shape in which an inner end is attached to the end of the second plate and an outer end protrudes from the second plate, wherein the first elastic body and the second elastic body are arranged to face each other so that a panel is interlocked between the first and second elastic bodies. The fastening device of the present invention with the composition like the forementioned is able to more efficiently dampen vibration and relieve a shock by being fixated to both sides of the panel through the first elastic body and the second elastic body which have a predetermined amount of elastic force.
