PURPOSE: An internet telephone network charges calculation system and a method thereof are provided to calculate internet telephone network charges even if an IP(Internet Protocol) address or a domain name in a call processing server of an internet telephone service provider is changed. CONSTITUTION: An information DB(DataBase)(420) stores the information of a call processing server registered for an internet telephone service in each internet telephone service provider. An application unit(410) extracts the information of the call processing server from a packet transmitted from an originating terminal to the call processing server of the internet telephone service provider. The application unit determines the internet telephone service provider corresponding to the information of the extracted call processing server through the information DB. The application unit calculates the internet telephone network charges of the originating terminal for the determined internet telephone service provider.
