PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer foil capable of suppressing solvent attack and also capable of suppressing blocking property.SOLUTION: There is provided a transfer foil 10 which comprises: a substrate 2; a transfer layer 4; a functional layer 8; an intermediate layer 6 formed between the transfer layer 4 and the functional layer 8, wherein the intermediate layer 6 contains a resin having an amide bond and an amino resin and/or a derivative thereof. In the intermediate layer, at least a part of the resin having an amide bond and at least a part of the amino resin are preferably cross-linked. Further, in the intermediate layer, a content ratio between the resin having an amide bond and the amino resin preferably satisfies the relation of the resin having an amide bond/the amino resin=90/10 to 60/40 by mass ratio. |
