摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature rise inside a battery and prevent a short circuit between electrodes, in a secondary battery having a laminated type electrode structure.SOLUTION: A laminated battery 11 includes: an outer packaging body 15; a positive electrode 13a; a negative electrode 13b; a separator 13c disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; and a conductive collector 17 penetrating through the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator along the axial direction of the outer packaging body. The positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator are layered in the axial direction of the outer packaging body. A first electrode that is one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode is in contact with the inner surface of the outer packaging body and is not in contact with the collector. A second electrode that is the other electrode is not in contact with the outer packaging body and is in contact with the collector. The outer edge of the second electrode is covered by the separator, and the peripheral edge of the hole in the first electrode through which the collector penetrates is covered by the separator.
