PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment furnace tray in which a projection part is made not to exist on the outer peripheral surface of the tray, and thereby work operations can be smoothly performed.SOLUTION: A heat treatment furnace tray 1 is the heat treatment furnace tray which is used for a high temperature furnace, especially an oil hardening heat treatment furnace in which various materials such as metal, ceramic or the like are heat-treated, and on which a material to be heat-treated is placed. The heat treatment furnace tray 1 includes: a tray body 2 made of a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material; and a square-shaped outer frame 3 made of a square-shaped carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material which encloses the tray body 2. The tray body 2 is constituted by combining a plurality of long-shaped plate materials 4A and a plurality of long-shaped plate materials 4B, in a lattice shape. A projection part does not exist on the outer surface of the outer frame 3. |
