PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit card settlement device capable of performing charging corresponding to an actual use period with one time settlement processing to a user who has rent merchandise.SOLUTION: The credit card settlement device includes: a delivery information acceptance section 11 for accepting delivery information including the credit card identifier of the credit card of a user who receives the delivery of merchandise and the merchandise identifier of the merchandise and the delivery date of the merchandise; an accumulation section 14 for accumulating the delivery information; a return information acceptance section 17 for accepting return information including a delivery information identifier for identifying the delivery information corresponding to returned merchandise; an amount settlement section 19 for determining rental amounts corresponding to a use period from a delivery date included in the delivery information to be identified by the delivery information identifier to a return date corresponding to the return information; and a settlement section 21 for settling the determined rental amounts by using the credit card to be identified by the credit card identifier included in the delivery information used for the determination of the rental amounts.
