Provided are an antenna module for a portable terminal and the portable terminal comprising the same, wherein a slot is formed on a base sheet on which an NFC antenna and a wireless charging antenna are stacked, thereby minimizing a height difference between the NFC antenna and the wireless charging antenna. The provided antenna module for a portable terminal enables the NFC antenna and the wireless charging antenna to be stacked on an upper side of the base sheet having the slot, wherein both ends of the wireless charging antenna pass through a lower end of the NFC antenna through the slot of the base sheet so as to connect to a feeding terminal of a portable terminal.
