<p>A steering test method for a subway traction motor comprises: first selecting a straight rail with a slope not greater than 30/00 and with a movement distance of 5 to 10 meters in front and in the rear; then, starting one to two traction motors in a compartment for test, separating other traction motors, respectively applying forward and backward traction forces, and if a train moves towards an opposite direction or has the phenomena of slow movement, no movement, and vibration, steering of the traction motor being wrong; if the train is capable of smoothly and continuously moving towards a correct direction, steering of the traction motor being normal; if steering of the tested traction motor is normal, cutting the power of the train, separating the traction motor subjected to the steering test, and restoring other traction motors to be tested; and repeating the foregoing steps, and successively testing other traction motors. The method implements the universality and uniformity of the testing method, the operation is easy, a personal error is avoided, and no personal safety risk exists in the test.</p> |
