<p>Proposed are an apparatus and a method for CAPTCHA (completely automated public Turing test to tell computers and hardware apart) of a game method, capable of classifying users and computer programs (Bot) through the CAPTCHA for reflecting the result of an electronic game. The proposed apparatus for CAPTCHA of a game method carries out user authentication for a user terminal by means of a web server, and comprises: a setting unit for detecting the game to be used in CAPTCHA based on the information on the environment of the user terminal, providing the detected game to the user terminal by means of the web server and setting a determination reference value serving as a basis of user authentication; and an authentication unit for carrying out user authentication by comparing the result of the performance of the game received from the user terminal with the determination reference value.</p> |
