Described is a clamp for fastening nails for osteosynthesis, which function for capturing and fastening said nails is automatic. The aforementioned process is achieved by the application of two clamps, a spring and a silicon ring that provide flexibility of motion, bounce and spring action. The aforementioned clamp may be used in a modular form, i.e., the clamp may be used alone or along with similar pieces or with other systems. |
