PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cermet powder for thermal spray which enables a cermet sprayed coating to be deposited, the cermet sprayed coating being excellent in abrasion resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: The cermet powder for thermal spray according to the present invention contains 12 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less of a metallic composition. The metallic composition contains first metal having an indentation hardness of less than 2,000 N/mmand second metal having an indentation hardness of 2,000 N/mmor more. The mass ratio of the content of the first metal in the cermet powder for thermal spray to the content of the second metal in the cermet powder for thermal spray is 0.4 or more and 15 or less. It is preferable that the cermet powder for thermal spray comprises granulated-sintered particles. |
