PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat which can properly prevent a rocking member like a seat back from falling from a base.SOLUTION: A vehicular seat 10 includes a seat back 22 arranged to an inner wall of a vehicle body. A shaft erected on the inner wall of the vehicle body is rotatably supported around a shaft center at a fitting hole 52 formed in the seat back. A key formed on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft coincides with a key groove formed on an inner peripheral surface of the fitting hole 52 only when the seat back is folded forward till the position where an occupant cannot seat himself on the vehicular seat 10. Therefore, when the key coincides with the key groove, that is, the seat back possibly falls down, no one seats himself on the vehicular seat so that load of a seating person is not applied to the seat back. Even when the vehicle is crashed, distortion of the seat back can be suppressed to properly prevent the seat back from falling down. |
