PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter reader allocation system or the like capable of dynamically changing meter reading areas to be allocated to meter readers for gas meter reading.SOLUTION: A server 101 includes: an allocation part 31 which changes areas that respective meter readers take charge according to an allocation order for a plurality of meter readers of a meter reader management part 3071 and an area allocation order of an area management part 3072 and which allocates the changed areas to the respective meter readers; and an instruction part 32 which instructs the allocated meter readers to read meters in the corresponding areas, respectively. |
