PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a high frequency noise elimination effect by reducing wire inductance in a freezing apparatus.SOLUTION: A freezing apparatus includes: a printed circuit board (22) having thereon first to third patterns (26a, 26b, and 26c) respectively connected to a power supply line; and a heat sink (60) connected to ground. The freezing apparatus includes a strong dielectric member (27) disposed between the printed circuit board (22) and the heat sink (60). A surface of the strong dielectric member (27) opposed to the printed circuit board (22) and the first to third patterns (26a, 26b, and 26c) are respectively connected to each other, and a surface of the strong dielectric member (27) opposed to the heat sink (60) and the heat sink (60) are connected to each other to constitute a capacitor. |
