The device (1) has a wedge-shaped disk (4) comprising a planar disk (5) at specific angle, where the planar disk comprises a hole that is normal to a disk surface. The wedge-shaped disk and a flat disk are mutually rotatable by a clamping device and fixed or pressed against undesired rotation of the disks. A union nut is rotatably fixed to the planar disk opposite to the wedge-shaped disk. A guide is designed such that a clasp element (9) is introduced into a guide where the guide is circular around center of the disks.
