The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for topical administration comprising vancomycin or its salt and dexamethasone phosphate or its salt. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for topical administration containing vancomycin or its salt and dexamethasone phosphate or its salt at a particular weight ratio. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention may be formulated in a reconstitutable formulation type, and can lead to a transparent solution without precipitation or gelation through prompt reconstitution. In addition, the reconstituted solution is not precipitated nor gelled even at room temperature for a long period (for example, about one month) and minimizes the generation of impurities, and thus has excellent physical and chemical stabilities.
