PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which can improve throughput of radio terminals by performing appropriate load distribution.SOLUTION: A radio base station 100A transmits to a relay node 200 a relay handover instruction instructing the relay node 200 to change its connection destination or a terminal handover instruction instructing one of radio terminals 300E to 300G to change its connection destination. When the relay node 200 receives the relay handover instruction, the relay node 200 executes relay handover, and when the relay node 200 receives the terminal handover instruction, the relay node 200 transmits the terminal handover instruction. |
