PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer composition that additionally has characteristics such as excellent heat transfer properties, chemical stability, low or no toxicity, nonflammability, and lubricant compatibility.SOLUTION: A heat transfer composition comprises (a) at least one fluoroalkene represented by the formula I defined by XCFzR3-z, where X is a C2 or C3, substituted or unsubstituted unsaturated alkyl group; R are each independently Cl, F, Br, I or H; and z is 1 to 3. The global warming potential (GWP) of the heat transfer composition is about 1000 or less. |
