PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature and high-performance oscillator by adhering the bearing component different from the oscillator bar to the node of the high-order flexion vibration of the oscillator bar and then supporting the oscillator through the bearing onto the substrate and via the bearing component. As a result, the loss of support point caused by the thickness shear vibration can be minimized, thus obtaining an oscillator featuring the length-thickness ratio of under 15 as well as a high Q value and low equivalent series resistance value with a miniature size. |
