PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holder which can prevent a battery accommodated in a housing chamber from carelessly falling to the outside and from which the battery can be easily removed with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A housing chamber 1 in which a button battery 10 is mounted has an opening end face 2 through which the battery 10 can be taken in and out from the side surface thereof, an upper surface portion 6, a lower surface portion 7 and side surface portions 3, 4, 5 for holding the flat surface and the side surface of the battery 10, and elastic pieces 12, 13 for urging at least one of the flat surface and the side surface of the battery 10. A slit 11 extending from the end face at the opposite side to the opening end face 2 till a partial site of the battery 10 toward the opening end face 2 is formed at at least one surface portion of the upper surface portion 6, the lower surface portion 7 and the side surface portions 3, 4, 5. |
