PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform turning-on/off control of a head lamp by proper timing and further learn characteristics of a driver so as to perform control according to the characteristics of the driver.SOLUTION: A head lamp control system includes: illuminance detection means 13 detecting illuminance on an upper side of a vehicle; front dark portion amount detection means 15 detecting a dark portion amount in front of the vehicle; front light source amount detection means 14 detecting a light source amount in front of the vehicle; storage means 6 storing a threshold corresponding to each detection value of each of the detection means; and control means 2 comparing each detection value with each of the corresponding thresholds and performing switching control of turning-on/off of a head lamp 10 and switching control of a low-beam and a high-beam when turning on the head lamp on the basis of the comparison results. |
