PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve inconveniences of umbrellas such as inadequacy in satisfying, multipurpose and various use due to mannerism in daily lives and businesses, unclearness in consistency and reasonableness between the time of use and the time of non-use of the umbrellas, discomfort, and lack of interest sustainability, functionality and fashionableness.SOLUTION: A moderate range of the whole periphery around the center part centering on a ferrule in the outside surface of umbrella cloth adaptable for size and area of the umbrella cloth expansion of the opened umbrella is covered with a water absorbent material and the top of the water absorbent material is covered with a waterproof cover so as not to get wet in the rain with the umbrella opened. A combination of the water absorbent material and the waterproof cover is arranged on the umbrella cloth and a fixed and detachable type of the combination is arranged between or on the ferrule, an open cap, and the umbrella cloth. The waterproof cover has various designs and a structure capable of incorporating a whole umbrella cloth cover in a pocket besides a waterproof function. Raindrops can be absorbed into the water absorbent material part when the umbrella is folded and stood with the ferrule at the bottom, and appropriately, the wet on the surface of the umbrella cloth surface is covered up with the whole umbrella cloth cover. |
